What is the best small dog for a first time dog owning family? - best dog food for allergies

Well, my mother really wants a dog and is very serious. She wants a little dog that is not strong, and obedient. He is a 12-year-old son and a daughter 15 years in the family. My mother like Chihuahuas, but I did not hear it well with children and have a snack and strong. What would be the best dog for us, because this is our first time owner of the dog?

Nippy with children or not, should not be a problem as children or young children. These children should know better about the mockery of a dog.

go to your local shelter. they are pure bred and mixed with many small dogs. Workers can not do your data and what is best for this dog fits permanetly at home.

As to obedience, barking and biting. They may be. These are things that require the training of the owners. No dog is trained for these things. That need to be taught.

My suggestion is for the mother to examine what it takes to get a dog and do well. Find out what is called the cost of veterinary care to do so. Eating, walking Dailly, crate training and socialization and obedience training is a basic necessity. better prepared you are before you even set foot in a shelter for the best opportunity to excel and be elected for the perfect dog.

If the new owner is willing, as may be better than the dog in accordance with the & #039 bark; s new and easier to train not, no bite and the dog is obedient.

Small dogs generally sliding everywhere, and they bark a lot to especially with kids. I really recommend a Chihuahua, Cocker Spaniel, Daschund, or how the two races seem more housing problems in the Humane Society have, where I work. The people they take home, then bring them back because they have bitten their children. This happens all the time, unfortunately. Yorkies can be a bit moody and cool. I personally have very good experiences with some Maltese and Shih
Tzus, so you can see this race. It takes a lot of preparation, however.

Remember to teach a dog to obedience, you have to really work with them and try to get an adult dog instead of a puppy. Adult dogs tend to learn faster, and usually not as strong and destructive as puppies.

We rescued a dwarf Schnauzer's are now about 19 months old. My Fritz is very intelligent, loyal and humorous. Because they are so intelligent, you really have to stay at home so think he was smarter than you ... as a human child! The race is not cast very rich and too! I've never had problems of internal training, but my office is my house so I could be with him during practice at home. Mine is not really like to be alone when we go but not the kind of dog, which under his feet, either.

I have a friend who had one and never told me lethargic and depressed than their age. He said it was like a young pup of 18 years!
