Does anyone know why the Audio Technia AD700s are currently out of stock EVERYWHERE for a resonable price? - price of tc3820

Basically, I was hunting for the perfect headphones, and I thought the perfect set of cans for my needs. Now the problem seems suddenly out of stock or not available by the manufacturer. Who knows, if stops the Audio Technica? If so, how can a pair of cheap sub-$ 100 price range.
