Can a herpes sore be just one single bump...no signs of any others anywhere around it or is it an ingrown hair - signs of herpes in the head

I have a package, I am not sure that is a herpes sore or not, we had a head injury as a white button on the first day, I put the white pus, but not gone the next day was like a kitten .. clear .. I have no pain anywhere else all over my penis and I have pain in my thigh, not even close to my genital area ... This can be a cold sore ....?
