Teac DV-P701 Portable DVD Player Problem? - teac portable dvd

There are about 4 months I got a TEAC DV-P701 Portable DVD player for Christmas and seeing right now in Scrubs, and the picture froze completely cut and verify disk and it was okay, not a mark or scratch and put it back and now everything is white, the loading screen that TEAC DVD and unencumbered at all, try a different DVD, same result.
Can anyone here, I start new, and ideas that do not include the opening of the device does not exist.
